Services
GREATNESS CONSULTS provides training, mentorship, outsourcing and consulting services. The specific scope, fees, timelines and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between us and the client. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Programmes and events
- Places on a programme are confirmed once payment or a written confirmation is received.
- Programme content, dates and delivery format may change where circumstances require it. We will tell participants as early as possible.
- Cancellation and refund terms are stated at the point of registration for each programme.
Outsourcing engagements
Where we source or place remote professionals, our responsibility is to supply candidates who meet an agreed specification. The client remains responsible for their own selection decisions, supervision arrangements and compliance with the employment law that applies to them.
Intellectual property
Course materials, frameworks, templates and written content produced by us remain our property unless an agreement transfers them. Participants may use materials for their own learning and may not resell or redistribute them.
Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
